MEP Coordinator

Job Title: MEP Coordinator – Hospital Projects Experience Required. – (1 Nos)

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced MEP Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities on large-scale hospital and healthcare construction projects. This is a critical leadership role focused on ensuring the quality, integration, and timely delivery of MEP works.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all MEP site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, contract documents, and industry standards.
• Review and provide technical input on MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Act as the liaison between MEP subcontractors, consultants, and the site construction team to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure MEP works are properly integrated with civil and architectural elements of the project.
• Monitor MEP construction progress and ensure timely execution in alignment with the master project schedule.
• Identify, assess, and resolve design discrepancies, clashes, and installation issues.
• Support the procurement team by reviewing technical requirements and ensuring timely sourcing and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Prepare and submit regular MEP progress reports and updates to the project management team.
• Attend coordination and progress meetings, contributing technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 15 years in MEP coordination, with a proven track record in hospital and healthcare construction projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong background in MEP systems for hospital, commercial, residential, or industrial developments.
• Excellent ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex construction and MEP engineering drawings.
• Highly detail-oriented and technically proficient.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive, motivated, and capable of leading under pressure.
• Language: Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
