HR Supervisor – Logistics | Dubai Marina

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations within our logistics company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE labour laws, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, particularly within the logistics or transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Handle recruitment, screening, and selection of staff for logistics roles.
• Maintain HR records, employee files, and attendance reports.
• Administer payroll coordination, leave management, and visa processing.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Support management in performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with PRO, administration, and finance teams for HR-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in HR, preferably in logistics or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be available to join immediately (by 13 October).
