MEP Coordinator (Dubai Municipality & DEWA Approved)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled MEP Coordinator with valid Dubai Municipality (Baladiya) and DEWA approvals to manage and coordinate all MEP activities across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate MEP works with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Review and approve MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Liaise with Dubai Municipality (Baladiya) and DEWA for approvals, inspections, and NOCs.
• Ensure timely and quality execution of MEP installations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain compliance with Dubai construction regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for project management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Dubai Municipality (Baladiya) & DEWA approvals – mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of MEP coordination experience in UAE.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, standards, and Dubai regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
