MEP Cost Estimator (Civil) - Japanese National

• Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs for MEP scope.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for MEP materials and services.
• Prepare cost comparisons, value engineering proposals, and cost breakdowns for management review.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project execution teams for technical and commercial clarifications.
• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, cost summaries, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze project risks, contingencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain an updated database of MEP material costs, labor rates, and subcontractor pricing.
• Review and verify post-contract variations and change orders related to MEP works.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and client requirements in all cost estimates.
