MEP Draftsman (CSD)

DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for MEP Draftsman (CSD) in UAE

Project Duration : 6 Months+

Project Site Location: Dubai

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Certificate in MEP Drafting or relevant technical discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman with hands-on CSD experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, or other BIM tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination procedures.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects preferred (e.g., commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Coordination Shop Drawings (CSD) for MEP services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting.
• Ensure coordination with architectural, structural, and other service drawings to avoid clashes.
• Generate sections, elevations, and detailed drawings as per project and site requirements.
• Work closely with MEP coordinators, engineers, and BIM teams to incorporate feedback and design changes.
• Modify and update drawings based on redlines, markups, or site revisions.
• Assist in creating builders’ work drawings, sleeve layouts, and as-built drawings.
• Maintain organized drawing documentation and revision history.
