MEP Electrical Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Electrical Technician to join our team. The role involves carrying out maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP systems (HVAC, electrical panels, pumps, plumbing lines, fire alarm systems, etc.).
• Troubleshoot faults and carry out necessary repairs for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
• Support in the installation and commissioning of new MEP equipment and systems.
• Inspect and test MEP components to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance schedules, checklists, and service reports.
• Assist in emergency breakdowns and provide timely technical support.
• Coordinate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure adherence to company HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical (MEP) field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in MEP maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and plumbing repair.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must own a personal bike and an Android mobile phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
