Job Title: MEP Engineer (Fit-Out Specialist)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in fit-out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a proven track record of successful project execution in commercial, residential, or retail fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and oversee MEP systems for fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to develop and implement efficient designs.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to evaluate existing systems and determine project requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion within financial constraints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction phase.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall fit-out design.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends related to MEP engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering, specifically in fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
