Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to join our team at our Panampilly Nagar office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, specifically in residential construction projects. This role demands technical expertise, site coordination skills, and a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all MEP activities related to residential construction projects.
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and MEP layouts.
• Monitor installation and testing of MEP systems to ensure quality and compliance with design and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of MEP works as per project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of local codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Must be willing to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
