Job Title: MEP Engineer – Real Estate

Job Description:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in real estate projects. Ensures efficient design, quality installation, and compliance with regulations across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate MEP designs and drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors.
• Supervise MEP installations on-site for quality and timeline adherence.
• Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and industry standards.
• Manage vendors and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate or construction.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and project execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
