Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive MEP Engineer to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing work for our ongoing interior fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will coordinate between design, site, and vendor teams to ensure smooth installation and compliance with technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute MEP work (electrical wiring, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety systems) as per drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to align MEP plans with interior layouts.
• Review and verify MEP drawings, BOQs, and vendor quotations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Identify and resolve any MEP-related site issues promptly.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for material supply and installation.
• Maintain daily site reports, checklists, and progress documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in interior or construction fit-out projects.
• Sound knowledge of HVAC, electrical layouts, plumbing, and fire systems.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP and interior drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi (with site visits across NCR)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
