MEP Engineer (Full MEP ENGINEER)

• Design and Planning:
• Develop detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure MEP systems are fully integrated into overall project plans.
• Provide input on materials, equipment selection, and energy-efficient designs.
• Project Execution:
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site work, ensuring timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements are met.
• Monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during project implementation.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving solutions during the construction phase.
• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Conduct site inspections to verify MEP works meet quality standards.
• Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure that all MEP installations adhere to applicable codes, standards, and local authority regulations in Abu Dhabi.
• Prepare and submit documentation for necessary permits and approvals.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as an MEP Engineer, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) in large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi building regulations and local authority standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
