- Follow up the daily operation with the supervisors, charge hands and closing work orders
- Oversee MEP systems' operation and maintenance within a facility management framework, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of MEP systems, identifying and rectifying deficiencies to maintain compliance with regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for MEP equipment, extending their lifespan and reducing operational costs.
- Manage and coordinate MEP-related projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new installations, from inception to completion.
- Provide technical support and guidance to facility management teams on MEP-related issues, troubleshooting problems and offering solutions.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage budgets for MEP maintenance and projects, controlling costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors, ensuring their work meets quality standards and adheres to project timelines.
- Implement energy-efficient practices and technologies to optimize MEP system performance and reduce environmental impact.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and relevant codes and regulations to maintain expertise and enhance service delivery.
- Assisting and completing the works given by the Facilities Manager
- In charge of the day-to-day preventative and corrective maintenance
- Perform inspection and evaluation of systems and structures for the facilities as well as Snagging and DE snagging.
