MEP Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven MEP Manager to lead and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities for our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all MEP systems are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, while meeting project deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all MEP design, installation, and commissioning activities across multiple projects.
• Review MEP designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and local regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee MEP contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure that all MEP systems meet safety, sustainability, and operational standards.
• Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and handover processes for all MEP systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, design principles, and construction practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project (or equivalent software).
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
