Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and execute interior fit-out projects in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality, cost, and schedule compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates.
• Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Ensure project handover with all required documentation and client satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
