MEP Mechanical Draftsman

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled MEP Mechanical Draftsman with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in preparing HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting drawings. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting shop drawings based on project requirements.
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to create accurate MEP layouts.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers for drawing reviews and revisions.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and local building codes.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering/Drafting or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant MEP drafting experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit is a plus).
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
