Hiring a " Draftsman " for our engineering team. The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Technology / D.A.E (Mechanical) / Equivalent. B.E. Mechanical students with relevant drafting skills may also apply.
• Experience: 0 - 1 year of practical experience in technical drafting. Fresh graduates with strong CAD skills and relevant project work are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is MANDATORY. Basic understanding of P&ID, PFD, and equipment layout principles is required.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering drawings, technical standards (safety, design, maintenance), and ability to interpret design concepts from engineers.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, collaborative mindset, and excellent organizational skills for document management.

Location: Super Highway, near Gulshan-E-Maymar, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand initial drawings, calculations, and design ideas from engineers.
• Familiarize with the latest safety, design, maintenance, and operational standards/codes and utilize them.
• Produce detailed technical drawings using CAD software under supervision.
• Work closely with senior draftsmen and engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Learn and apply drafting standards and techniques to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers to incorporate design changes and updates.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documents.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Create technical drawings, P&IDs, PFDs, piping, and equipment layouts for water treatment plants/systems based on application team data.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
