MEP Planning Engineer – High-Rise Projects

Job Description:

The MEP Planning Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for high-rise residential and group housing projects. The role ensures all MEP activities are executed as per approved design, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor comprehensive MEP project schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and site execution teams for smooth project progress.
• Identify potential delays, risks, and cost impacts, and propose corrective actions.
• Assist in procurement planning, work sequencing, and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, codes, and quality standards across all MEP works.

Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1-5 years of experience in high-rise / group housing MEP planning.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
