MEP Project Engineer

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MEP Engineer to oversee the design, tendering, coordination, and supervision of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our real estate development projects. The successful candidate will also lead research and development initiatives to implement the latest MEP technologies and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of MEP design, tender preparation, and execution.
• Supervise and monitor on-site MEP installation works to ensure adherence to approved designs, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Organize and drive R&D activities focused on the integration of advanced MEP products and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other relevant regulatory authorities.
• Review and approve technical drawings, submittals, and documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections, technical meetings, and progress reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Dubai Municipality and Trakhees approved engineer (preferred).
• MEP Engineer having knowledge and worked for Both Mechanical & Electrical (Design & Execution ) Profile with 6-8 years experience with Developer, Engineering Consultancies or Contracting Companies.
• Have Worked for Residential Apartments / Commercial Building Projects - Ranging from G+6 to G+20 Storied Buildings.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards applicable in the UAE and internationally.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Familiarity with industry-standard MEP design and analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
