MEP Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive MEP Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on construction projects, with a strong focus on high-rise buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all MEP activities from planning to commissioning
• Lead MEP engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with design, civil, and architectural teams
• Control project schedules, budgets, costs, and procurement
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and local codes
• Monitor installation quality, resolve site issues, and report progress to management
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in MEP project management in Dubai (high-rise projects preferred)
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to join immediately
