MEP Project Sales Executive (Commission-Based)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and well-connected Part-Time MEP Project Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of MEP products to construction sites, electrical contractors, and lighting shops. This is a commission-based freelance role ideal for individuals with industry connections who are looking to generate additional income with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in the construction and electrical contracting sector.
• Promote our MEP product line including cables, conduits, lighting fixtures, switches, panels, and other electrical accessories.
• Visit construction sites, electrical contractors, lighting showrooms, and other relevant clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
• Share product catalogs, pricing, and technical specifications with prospects.
• Follow up on leads, generate quotes, and close sales.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team for order processing and delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide after-sales support.
• Keep management updated with client feedback and market trends.

Requirements:

• Prior experience or strong contacts in MEP / electrical / construction sales.
• Good understanding of electrical materials, site requirements, and construction timelines.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to visit clients and sites (own vehicle is preferred).
