MEP QA/QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Quality Management Plan (QMP) in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to identify quality requirements.
• Conduct inspection and testing of materials, construction works, and equipment to ensure compliance with approved standards.
• Prepare and maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Checklists.
• Monitor and report non-conformances (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspections and quality approvals.
• Ensure calibration and certification of testing equipment are up to date.
• Conduct internal quality audits and participate in third-party audits.
• Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, including material approvals, test results, and inspection reports.
• Ensure proper implementation of ISO 9001:2015 standards and company quality policies.
• Provide technical support and training to site teams on quality requirements.
• Monitor and ensure concrete, steel, MEP, and finishing works meet the required standards.
• Support the Project Manager in ensuring overall quality objectives are achieved on time.
