MEP QAQC Engineer - Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement QA/QC procedures, ITPs, method statements, and project quality plans.
• Conduct inspections for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical equipment installations.
• Verify materials and equipment against approved submittals.
• Raise and follow up on Inspection Requests (IRs) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, test reports, and quality logs.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams on quality-related issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6–12 years of QA/QC experience in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA).
• Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
