MEP QS post Tender

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Evaluate and manage variations and change orders.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams for cost monitoring.
• Conduct regular cost reporting and forecasting.
• Handle subcontractor payment certifications and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant MEP post-tender experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of local market pricing and conditions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QS software (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately or within short notice.

Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 9,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
