• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in complete MEP Works
• Strong background in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Skilled in preparing progress reports, variation claims, and final accounts.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
