Job Description:
Affordable Group of Companies is looking for a skilled and driven MEP Sales Engineer to join our expanding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge of MEP systems and proven experience in sales within the UAE market. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and providing tailored MEP solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell MEP services, products, and solutions to new and existing clients.
• Generate leads, prepare technical proposals, and deliver presentations to consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Understand project requirements and recommend suitable HVAC, electrical, and plumbing solutions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage post-sales support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of MEP sales experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
