MEP Site Engineer

A Landscape Company is searching for an active special MEP Site Engineer to join its team.

Job Description:

• Supervise the installation and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems on construction sites, ensuring they meet project specifications and timelines.
• Work collaboratively with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other cross-functional teams to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall building design.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor installation progress, and perform quality control checks to ensure all work complies with design plans, industry standards, and local regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during installation, providing solutions and suggesting improvements for system enhancement.
• Prepare detailed reports, maintain accurate project data, and draft technical documentation and operation manuals after work is completed.
• Enforce and monitor on-site health and safety policies, ensuring team compliance with safety procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Landscape experience.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of site experience in MEP Construction projects.
• Fluent in English & excellent communication and organizational skills
• A team player with proven ability to work under Pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
