MEP Site Engineer (Delma Island)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and comment on contractor submissions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
• Evaluate value engineering proposals and recommend cost-effective design or execution alternatives.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities to facilitate approvals and resolve technical matters.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation required for project handover and regulatory compliance.
• Review variation claims, validate interim payment applications, and highlight opportunities for cost optimization.
• Oversee site activities to ensure adherence to approved quality standards and inspection procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Available to join to Delma island team within 1 month.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ supervision experience with a consultancy firm.
• Solid technical background in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, or electrical systems.
• Familiar with inspection protocols and applicable codes and standards (local and international).
• Skilled in AutoCAD, with strong attention to detail in coordination and reporting.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
