Qualifications:

  • Gulf Experience - Minimum 3 Years
  • Must have good knowledge in MEP Materials.
  • Currently residing in UAE is a must

Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to) :

  • Receive, inspect, and store all MEP materials (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) delivered to the site.
  • Ensure that received materials match the delivery notes, purchase orders, and approved specifications.
  • Maintain proper stock levels and keep accurate inventory records for MEP materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Monitor material usage and generate daily/weekly reports to the site engineer or procurement team/HO.
  • Conduct periodic physical inventory checks and reconcile with system records.
  • Assist in preparing material request forms and consumption reports.
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of materials, including hazardous substances (e.g., chemicals, solvents).
  • Organize storage areas properly to prevent material Loss, damage and accidents.
  • Ensure compliance with company and project HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
  • File delivery notes, material inspection requests (MIRs), material submittals, and other related documents.
  • Maintain records of issued tools, equipment, and their return condition.
  • Ensure calibration and servicing records are maintained (e.g., testing tools, meters).

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a clear understanding of construction workflows.
  • Familiarity with MEP terminology and documents.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
