MEP Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works on site.
• Ensure that all installations and activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines to resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare site activity reports.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals for compliance with design specifications.
• Assist in planning and scheduling MEP activities in line with overall project timelines.
• Conduct inspections and quality control to ensure workmanship standards are met.
• Identify and rectify issues or delays in the installation process.
• Ensure availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain site documentation, including inspection logs, test reports, and red-marked drawings.
• Ensure proper implementation of health and safety procedures.
• Train and supervise technicians and skilled laborers on best practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in [commercial/residential/hospitality/industrial] projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
