Job Role: MEP Supervisor

• Supervision & Installation – Oversee MEP system installations, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Quality Control – Inspect work quality, identify issues, and ensure compliance with industry codes.
• Scheduling & Coordination – Manage work schedules, resources, and coordinate with contractors and engineers.
• Safety Management – Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshooting – Resolve MEP system issues and collaborate with engineers for solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain project records, submit progress reports, and highlight risks.
• Material & Equipment Management – Oversee procurement, storage, and proper use of materials.
• Collaboration & Communication – Liaise between management, site workers, and other teams.
• Commissioning & Testing – Supervise system testing to ensure functionality before handover.
• Training & Development – Guide junior staff and enhance team skills.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Ability to read MEP drawings & BOQs
• Expertise in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance
• Understanding of local codes & standards (DEWA, ADDC, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense)
• Leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

3+ years GCC experience in MEP supervision (construction, facilities management, or real estate projects preferred)

Age below 45
