MEP Supervisor

Job Title: MEP Supervisor Experience:* 7–10 Years Location:* Dubai Department: MEP / Projects Reporting To: Project Manager / MEP Engineer Job Purpose:

To oversee and coordinate all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works at the site, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day MEP site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting systems.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, interior, and other trades to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure that all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Review MEP shop drawings and ensure they are implemented correctly on-site.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and verify the quality of work and materials.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit to the MEP Engineer / Project Manager.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical or site coordination issues.
• Ensure all MEP systems are tested and commissioned in accordance with project and authority requirements.
• Verify as-built drawings and ensure documentation is complete before handover.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in MEP supervision (preferably in fit-out, commercial, or residential projects).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Thorough understanding of safety procedures and regulations.

Preferred:

• UAE / GCC experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Familiarity with local authority standards (DEWA, DM, DCD, etc.).
• Valid UAE driving license.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
