Electrical Supervisor:

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise electrical technicians and subcontractors.
  • Plan and schedule electrical maintenance tasks and repairs.
  • Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment (motors, panels, wiring, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, NFPA, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain electrical drawings, manuals, and maintenance records.
  • Monitor inventory of electrical spare parts and tools.
  • Coordinate with other departments for project and maintenance activities.
  • Report on electrical system performance and incidents. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, MCC, PLC, and wiring.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and electrical codes. Mechanical Supervisor: Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect mechanical systems such as pumps, compressors, HVAC, conveyors, and rotating equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical faults and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain mechanical drawings, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory.
  • Coordinate with electrical and other departments for joint maintenance works.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, HVAC, and welding.
  • Good leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with safety and maintenance standards.
