Position: Senior Site MEP Construction Supervisor

Location: UAE

Job Summary

The Senior Site MEP Construction Supervisor will lead and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on site, ensuring high-quality execution, compliance with project specifications, and adherence to UAE standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all on-site MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, ELV, etc.).
- Ensure all MEP activities are carried out according to approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with civil, architectural, and fit-out teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and evaluate subcontractors’ performance, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and UAE labor standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and inspection records.
- Identify, report, and resolve technical issues, delays, or conflicts in a timely manner.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover of MEP systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation to meet project timelines and targets.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Age 30-45 Years Old
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
- At least 3–5 years in a senior supervisory role ( 3 Yrs UAE Experienced Advantage)
- Strong knowledge of UAE MEP codes, standards, and regulations. - Proven ability to lead site teams and manage multiple subcontractors.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting MEP drawings and technical documents.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.Preferred Skills
- Experience in large-scale interior fit-out, commercial, or residential projects.
- Familiarity with authority approvals (DEWA, DM, DCD, ADDC, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision
-making capabilities.
- UAE Driving License
