MEP Team Leader Cum Driver

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated MEP Team Leader to oversee and manage a team of technicians in delivering high-quality maintenance and technical services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with specific expertise in AC system maintenance, duct cleaning, and general technical services. This role requires leadership, hands-on experience, and a proactive approach to ensure work is completed efficiently and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP maintenance operations including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Conduct routine inspections and ensure proper maintenance of AC systems, ductwork, and related equipment.

Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs as required.

Ensure all duct cleaning procedures follow safety, health, and environmental standards.

Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct on-the-job training as needed.

Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, reports, and inventory control.

Liaise with clients and internal teams to understand and fulfill service requirements.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/team leader role.

Strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems, duct cleaning, and general technical services.

Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment, and safety practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Proficient in using maintenance management software is a plus.

Valid UAE driving license (or relevant based on location) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
