Female Administrator (Logistics Experience)

We are seeking a female Cum Administrator with logistics experience to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administrative operations while efficiently managing logistics coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, including shipment scheduling and delivery follow-ups

Prepare and manage logistics documents such as invoices, delivery notes, quotations, and purchase orders

Liaise with suppliers, transporters, freight partners, and clients to ensure smooth operations

Handle office administration tasks including email correspondence, data entry, record maintenance, and filing

Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues in a timely manner

Support management with reports, documentation, and coordination activities

Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics coordination and office administration

Good understanding of UAE logistics procedures and documentation

Ability to handle emails, invoices, quotations, and client follow-ups efficiently

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Good communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi and/or Arabic is an advantage)

Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, and Email)

Preferred Skills:

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Professional attitude with problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
