MEP Technical Office Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Alrajhi Building and Construction – Riyadh are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MEP Technical Office QS to join our team and support cost control, quantity surveying, and technical coordination for MEP works.

Key Requirements:

· Experience in MEP quantity surveying (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, ELV)

· Strong skills in quantity take-off and cost estimation

· Good understanding of contracts and commercial processes

· Proficiency in autocad, plan swift, and MS Excel

· Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications

· Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills

· High level of commitment, responsibility, and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for MEP works

· Support cost estimation, variations, and claims

· Review subcontractor payments and quotations

· Coordinate with Technical Office, Procurement, and Site teams

· Monitor project costs and support reporting
