Full job description

We are hiring experienced and reliable staff for the following positions:

Open Positions:

• Watchman / Helper
• Plumber
• Electrician
• Tile Mason
• Carpenter

Responsibilities:

Watchman:

• Ensure safety and security of the property
• Monitor visitors and premises
• Report any issues or incidents

Plumber:

• Carry out plumbing maintenance and repairs
• Diagnose and fix leaks, blockages, and fittings
• Perform routine maintenance

Electrician:

• Handle electrical installation, maintenance, and repairs
• Troubleshoot electrical faults
• Ensure safety standards are followed

Mason

• Perform masonry work including block, brick, and plastering
• Repair and maintain structures
• Ensure work quality and alignment with standards

Carpenter

• Carry out carpentry work such as fixing, repairing, and installation
• Read basic drawings and measurements
• Ensure finishing and quality standards

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the applied position
• Responsible, hardworking, and reliable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
