Civil MEP technician cum Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Technician to handle maintenance, installation, and repair works related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently on site. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair MEP systems including HVAC, electrical wiring, lighting, and plumbing systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Coordinate with contractors and supervisors for smooth project execution. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Requirements: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in MEP works. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing systems. Ability to identify faults and carry out corrective actions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: GCC experience preferred. Valid driving license required.
