Job Title: MEP Technician (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

Job Summary:
The MEP Technician is responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within facilities. The role ensures that all building services operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair MEP systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Monitor the performance of building systems and recommend improvements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and MEP layouts.
• Maintain electrical panels, lighting systems, pumps, motors, and water supply systems.
• Assist in the operation and maintenance of fire protection and safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, regulations, and company policies.
• Record maintenance activities and prepare service reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and contractors during maintenance and installation works.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Plumbing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in MEP maintenance and facility operations is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
• Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Pay: ﷼1,200.00 - ﷼2,000.00 per month
