Merchandiser

Job Introduction

Visit assigned sales outlets regularly based on the planned route and schedule.
Work towards achieving targets related to sales point activation and customer relationship building.
Install merchandising equipment according to company guidelines and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.
Apply merchandising standards and support promotional activities at points of sale.
Monitor product presence, market coverage, and contribution to market share in the assigned area.
Inspect the condition and performance of sales outlets and prepare regular reports.
Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support sales operations.

Job Experience

High school education completed.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office applications.
Ability to manage fieldwork and follow schedules effectively.
