Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Merchandiser to join our client in a textile manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will support merchandising operations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely execution of orders while maintaining effective client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client orders from inquiry to execution
• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams
• Maintain accurate records of orders, timelines, and client requirements
• Communicate with clients regarding order status and updates
• Support in sourcing, costing, and product development processes
• Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth workflow across departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum qualification)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge or understanding of the textile industry
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proactive and team-oriented mindset
