Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with Founders to define collection strategies, launch timelines, and pricing models.
- Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to drive operational and product decisions.
- Optimize supply chain efficiency, stock levels, and turnaround time to ensure scalability.
- Align sourcing, production, and inventory planning with business goals and growth targets.
2. Vendor & Factory Coordination
- Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers and factories from sample development to bulk production.
- Negotiate timelines, MOQs, and costs while maintaining a balance between quality, speed, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with brand quality, ethical, and sustainability standards.
3. Operations & Execution
- Oversee sourcing, production, inventory, warehousing, and dispatch end-to-end.
- Create and implement SOPs for sampling, QC, stock management, and dispatch workflows.
- Ensure smooth order flow and efficient warehouse operations.
- Take full ownership of all daily operational tasks and problem-solving.
4. Customer Service & Experience
- Manage customer service operations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Analyze returns and exchanges to identify process or product gaps.
- Maintain Monotone’s brand promise of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
5. Quality Control & Assurance
- Set up quality checkpoints across the production process.
- Ensure garments meet brand standards for fit, stitching, packaging, and finishing.
- Identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
6. Logistics & Dispatch
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Manage invoicing, packaging, and dispatch documentation.
- Track RTOs and implement measures to minimize delivery issues.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the communication bridge between design, marketing, sales, and logistics teams.
- Keep teams updated on production timelines, stock status, and dispatch schedules.
- Support marketing campaigns with timely product readiness and availability.
8. Continuous Improvement
- Track operational KPIs: production efficiency, delivery timelines, RTO rates, and stockouts.
- Explore new fabrics, vendors, and technologies for cost efficiency and innovation.
- Recommend process improvements, tools, and automations to scale operations effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle operations (preferred).
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and operational dashboards.
- Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Pay: ₹12,498.53 - ₹50,692.75 per month
