Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Merchandiser, based in Abu Dhabi, to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have previous merchandising experience in Abu Dhabi and will be responsible for ensuring strong in-store execution across key modern trade accounts, including AD Coop, Carrefour, and Grandiose.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned AD Coop, Carrefour, and Grandiose stores daily to ensure proper product display, visibility, and stock availability.
• Implement planograms, POS materials, and promotional displays according to company guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels, check expiry dates, and coordinate with the sales team for replenishment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Ensure high merchandising standards and flawless in-store execution.
• Submit regular activity reports and provide feedback to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of merchandising or retail experience in Abu Dhabi (FMCG sector preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Currently residing in Abu Dhabi is required.
• Excellent knowledge of AD Coop, Carrefour, and Grandiose stores and routes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organized, and proactive.
• Available to join immediately.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month, depending on experience.
