Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Merchandiser-Sportswear, located in Sialkot. The Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with clients to understand their needs and specifications, managing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate production. In this role, you will collaborate with the sales and production teams to meet quality standards, monitor market trends, and contribute to pricing and product development strategies. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and generate sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients, resolve queries, and maintain lasting relationships.
• Proficiency in Sales, Retail, and Marketing to develop strategies, monitor trends, and contribute to business growth.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple orders, meet deadlines, and ensure quality expectations.
• Attention to detail to oversee product specifications and ensure accurate execution during production.
• Previous experience in the sportswear, apparel, or retail industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
