Merchant Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and acquire new merchants across e-commerce, fintech, gaming, remittance, and other high-growth verticals
  • Conduct targeted outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls) to generate qualified leads
  • Deliver product demos and clearly articulate the value of Faceki’s biometric KYC/AML solution
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close merchant contracts
  • Build and maintain a strong merchant pipeline
  • Work closely with the integration and success teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding
  • Track performance using CRM and report on acquisition metrics

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or account acquisition (Fintech/Payments experience is a strong advantage)
  • Proven ability to meet monthly acquisition targets
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and cold calling
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Understanding of digital identity, KYC, or fraud prevention solutions is a plus
  • Self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
