Merchant Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for daily data reporting, conduct in-depth analysis and interpretation of business data, monitor all links, identify existing problems and assist in formulating corresponding solutions;
2. Assist in optimizing the existing process management, promote the development and implementation of business, timely understand the dynamics of the front-line sales team, and form feedback;
3. Take full ownership of the performance of assigned business lines, ensuring on-time deliveries, cancellation rates, customer satisfaction and growth targets are consistently met;
4. Coordinate resources and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness with go-to-market strategies and campaigns;
5. Undertake other work that can support the business team to achieve better performance indicators.

Job Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in marketing/sales operations, prior experience in food delivery/restaurant brand operations is preferred;
2. Familiar with and Middle Eastern cultures, fluent in English for business communication;
3. Combine different playbooks and food delivery operational methodologies across countries/regions to accumulate replicable international experience.
