PKR 80,000 – 150,000 / month (Based on skills & experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a Mid-Level MERN Stack Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our on-site development team. This is a full-time office job for someone who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications and can work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Build clean, reusable, and optimized React components
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js & Express
• Work with MongoDB for schema design, queries, and optimization
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability
• Debug, test, and resolve application issues
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional MERN stack experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js
• Solid knowledge of Node.js & Express.js
• Experience working with MongoDB / Mongoose
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+)
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3
• Understanding of REST APIs
• Familiarity with Git / GitHub
• Basic knowledge of authentication (JWT, sessions)
• Ability to work on-site and manage tasks independently

Nice to Have (Plus Points)

• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of Next.js
• Experience deploying applications on VPS / AWS / DigitalOcean
• Familiarity with Docker
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
