Must-Have Skills

• Expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) – preferably Delmia Apriso .
• Strong knowledge of SQL, .NET, Java .
• Experience in Manufacturing IT applications and Supply Chain Operations .

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years in requirements gathering, architecture, and process detailing .
• Hands-on experience in MES implementation (Delmia Apriso suite).
• Integration with ERP, PLM, and shop floor systems .
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, database concepts, and integration design .
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills .
• Willingness to travel for consulting engagements .

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Enhance MES Solutions: Understand Delmia Apriso architecture and contribute to design and enhancements.
• Managed Services Support: Handle APRISO support tickets/incidents as per SLA in coordination with offshore teams.
• Root Cause Analysis & Optimization: Solve recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Process Assessment & Consulting: Identify improvement areas and recommend technology solutions.
