META ADD Specialist - Karachi

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Paid Ads Expert to manage and optimize our campaigns across multiple platforms — including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest, YouTube, and Google Ads.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in running result-oriented ad campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, and Google Ads.
• Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ROI and reduce ad spend.
• Research audience targeting, keywords, and trends for campaign optimization.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Manage both international and local ad campaigns effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in running Meta and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of ad budgeting, targeting, and analytics.
• Experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Pinterest Ads.
• Ability to create engaging ad creatives and optimize video campaigns (for YouTube).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
