About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Meta Ads & Content Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns while also producing engaging blog content that drives traffic and strengthens our brand presence. This role combines performance marketing expertise with strong content writing skills to achieve measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta Pixel tracking for accurate conversion measurement.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Research, write, and publish SEO-friendly blogs aligned with company goals and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce engaging ad creatives and content.
• Analyze ad performance metrics and generate regular reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on the latest Meta Ads policies, trends, and content marketing strategies.
• Support overall digital marketing initiatives, including social media and SEO efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
• Strong understanding of Meta Pixel setup, tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent content writing skills with experience in blogs, articles, or website content.
• Familiarity with SEO and keyword optimization.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS for blog publishing.
• Graphic design or basic video editing skills for content creation.
